变应性鼻炎客观化辨证分型指标的Roughset分析

摘　　要：目的:利用Roughset分析方法对与变应性鼻炎辨证分型客观化有关的信息进行数据挖掘,发现各属性因子在变应性鼻炎辨证分型客观化中的重要度及关联度。方法:将44例信息完整的变应性鼻炎患者的资料建立信息决策表。基于Roughset对数据离散化形成的决策表进行属性重要度及其与变应性鼻炎中医证型之间相关性规则的挖掘。结果:条件属性决策表约简后显示性别、家族史、鼻塞程度、血清IgE、血清Mg2+与变应性鼻炎中医证型的重要度较小,而喷嚏、流涕、鼻痒、血清Cu2+、血清Zn2+、血清Fe2+这6个属性的重要度大。结论:血清Fe2+与变应性鼻炎的中医证型有一定关系,脾虚是变应性鼻炎发病的重要因素。Objective ： To conduct the data mining for the relevant information of differentiation and classification of allergic rhinitis （AR） by Roughset analysis, and to find the importance and relationship degrees of attribute factors in the objectification syndrome differentiation and classification of AR. Methods ： Information decision tables were set up with the integrity data of 44 cases with allergic rhinilis, based on the decision tables from the data decentralization, data mining of the importance degrees of attribute factors and correlation rules between the importance degrees and the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome of AR was done with Roughset analysis. Results ： For TCM syndrome of AR, the reduced decision tables of condition attributes showed that the gender, family history, severity of nasal obstruction, serum levels of IgE and Mg^2＋ had the lower importance degree,while sneeze, running nose,rhinoenesmus,serum levels of Cu^2＋,Zn^2＋ and Fe^2＋ had the higher importance degree. Conclusion：There is a relationship between the serum level of Fe^2＋ and the TCM syndrome of AR, and the spleen deficiency is an important factor in AR occnrrence.
