摘　　要：肛门指诊是男科临床诊疗中最常用的诊疗方法之一,其操作简单、方便,具有较高的实用价值。作者将其用于指导中医辨证施治的前列腺指诊称为前列腺切诊。文章主要介绍前列腺切诊的注意事项、正常征象以及前列腺疾病常见中医证型的前列腺切诊的特点,以丰富发展前列腺疾病的中医诊断方法。Digital rectal examination is one of the most common methods of Andrology for clinical diagnosis and treatment, which is simple and convenient, and has high practical value. The writers call digital rectal examination which uses dialectical treatment of Chinese medicine as prostate palpation. The paper introduces the announcements and normal signs of prostate palpa- tion, its features of patterns of common prostatic disease, in order to enrich and develop the diagnostic methods of traditional Chi- nese medicine for prostatic disease.
