双石汤合二至丸治疗高血压肾损害临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察双石汤合二至丸治疗高血压肾损害的疗效。方法：将60例高血压肾损害患者随机分为试验组30例，对照组30例。两组在常规治疗基础上，对照组予洛丁新片治疗，试验组在对照组基础上加用双石汤合二至丸治疗。结果：试验组总有效率93．3％；对照组总有效率86．7％，试验组降压疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。血压变化方面，试验组与对照组均有助于降低血压（P〈0．05）；治疗6周后两组间收缩压和舒张压比较，差别无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗12周后两组间比较，试验组效果优于对照组（舒张压P〈0．05，收缩压P〈0．01）。症状变化方面，试验组能显著改善中医证候，疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01）。研究同时显示，双石汤合二至丸能显著降低尿微量蛋白的排出量（P〈0．05—0．01），改善脂代谢（P〈0．01）及血液流变学（P〈0．05～0．01），试验组疗效明显优于对照组，且用药安全、不良反应少。结论：双石汤合二至丸具有平稳、缓和的降压作用，并能逆转高血压病早期肾损害，改善临床症状，是治疗高血压病早期肾损害的有效方剂。Objective ： The curative effect of Shuangshi Decoction and Erzhi Pill in treating hypertension early renal damage was observed. Methods ： Sixty cases of hypertensive renal damage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both of which had 30 d cases. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group used Luodiugxin tablet, and the treatment group used the control group＇s treatment by adding Shuaugshi Decoction and Erzhi Pill. Results：The treatment group＇s total effective rate was 93.3% , the control group＇s total effective rate was 86.7% , the treatment group＇s antihypertensive effects was better than that of the control group＇s（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. As for blood pressure change, both treatment group and control group did good to lower blood pressure（ P 〈0. 05） ;two groups systolic and diastolic blood pressure 6 weeks after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ） ; 12 weeks after treatment, the effect of treatment group was better than that of control group （ diastolic pressure P 〈 0. 05, systolic bloud pressure P 〈 0. 01 ）. As tot the symptoms vary, the treatment group can improve the curative effect of TCM symptoms,better than the control group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The study also showed that Shuangshi 1）eeoction and Erzhi Pill can significantly reduce urinary trace protein＇s discharge rate（ P 〈 0.05 - 0.01 ）, improve lipid metabolism （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, and blond theology （ P 〈 0. 05 - 0.01 ） , the treatment group has better effects than that of control group, and is safer, and has few adverse reaction. Corw/usion ：Shuangshi Decuetion and Erzhi Pill has smooth,lenitive antihypertensive effect, and can reverse hypertension early renal damage, improve clinical symptoms, and is an effective prescription in treating hypertension early renal damage.
