活血化瘀中药辅助外科固定术治疗股骨转子周围粉碎性骨折优势探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察中药辅助外科固定术治疗股骨转子周围粉碎性骨折的优势。方法:将146例患者随机分为治疗组(65例)和对照组(81例)。两组均采用内固定术治疗及术后常规处理,治疗组加用桃红四物汤合乳香没药散加减。结果:术后第1周起,治疗组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第2周起,治疗组X线评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组平均愈合时间(11.35±2.68)周,对照组平均愈合时间(13.26±3.51)周,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药桃红四物汤合乳香没药散加减配合内固定术,可减轻患者疼痛,促进骨痂形成,减少深静脉血栓形成的发生,有助于股骨转子周围粉碎性骨折的康复,临床疗效优于单纯使用西医治疗。Objective ： To discuss the advantage of surgical fixation and traditional Chinese medicine as adjuvant in treating patients with femoral peritrochanteric eomminuted fractures. Methods：A total of 146 patients were divided into two groups randomly. 81 cases treated with internal fixation and postoperative conventional treatment were taken as the control group,and the other 65 cases treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Ruxiang Moyao Powder on the basis of control group were taken as the treatment group. Results ： From the first week with post operation, the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. From the second week with post operation, the X - line score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the differences had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. The mean healing time of the treatment group was （ 11.35 ± 2. 68） weeks, and the control group was （ 13.26 ± 3.51 ） weeks, and the differences had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Internal fixation and Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Ruxiang Moyao Powder as adjuvant can alleviate the pain of patients, promote the formation of callus, reduce the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis and is helpful for the recovery of femoral peritrochanteric comminuted fractures, and the clinical effect is better than using western medicine alone.
