清脂通脉颗粒的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的：建立清脂通脉颗粒质量控制标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法（TLC）对方中柴胡、当师进行定性鉴别，采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定制剂中酸枣仁皂苷A含量。结果：薄层色谱显色清晰且阴性对照无干扰．酸枣仁皂苷A在0．3384～1．6920μg范围内呈良好线性关系，平均回收率为100．20％，RSD为2．79％、结论：本法操作简便，结果准确、重现性好，可用于清脂通脉颗粒的质量控制。Objectvie ： To establish a method for quality control of Qingzhi Tongmai Granules. Methods ： Bupleuri Radix and Radix angelicae sinensis were identified by TLC. Jujuboside A was determined by HPLC. Results ：The developed TLC spots were fairly clear, and the negative sample didn＇ t interfere the identification of TLC. The linear range was 0. 3384 - 1. 6920 μg for Jujuboside A, and its RSD was 2.79%. Conclusion ：The method is simple, accurate, repeatable and can be used for the quality control of the preparation .
