九香虫商品药材中总磷脂含量比较研究

摘　　要：目的：通过测定九香虫药材中总磷脂含量评价其商品药材的质量。方法：采用氯仿一甲醇超声提取，钼蓝比色法，测定13批九香虫商品药材中总磷脂的含量。结果：样品中总磷脂含量以磷计其线性方程Y=0．0219X-0．0146（r=0．9998），线性范围在2．35～8．225μg，平均回收率为98．8％（n=5），RSD=1．8％。结论：钼蓝比色法测定九香虫商品药材中总磷脂含量，可作为该药材质量控制的方法。Objective：To establish the method for determining the content of total phospholipids in Aspongopus and evaluate the quality of Aspongopus from different collecting areas. Methods ： After extracting by folch agent, Moly - blue agent display color and adopting Ui - vis to determine the content of total phospholipids in Aspongopus from 13 different collecting areas. Results：The linear equation of phosphonium was Y = 0. 0219X - 0. 0146 （ r = 0. 9998） , and the range of linearity was from 2.35 to 8. 225 p,g, the average recovery was 98.8% （n = 5 ） ,RSD = 1.8%. Conclusion：The above method to determine the content of total phospholipids in Aspongopus is brief,both recur and precision densities are all right. It can pilot quality control of the Aspongopus.
