摘 要:对来自海南、广东和福建的12个假臭草居群54个样本的内转录间隔区Internal transcribed spacer(ITS)序列变异进行检测。结果共发现12个单倍型,且所有居群均共享一个单倍型。分子差异性分析(AMOVA)显示,居群内的遗传变异小(-4.57%),遗传分化低(G ST=-0.061,FST=-0.04569,NST=-0.031),无明显的谱系结构(N ST>GST,p>0.01),且居群间平均基因流(Nm=1.18>1)高,说明假臭草居群内基因交流频繁。ITS序列的失配曲线表明假臭草近期发生过多次入侵扩张,对假臭草的防治应遵循检疫与治理并重的原则,降低其对入侵地的生态环境危害。Praxelis clematidea,native to South American,is a hugely invasive plant.In this paper,the nuclear ribosomal DNA internal transcribed spacer (ITS) variation of P.clematidea was examined.Twelve haplotypes were detected by analyzing 54 samples (12 populations) in total from Hainan,Guangdong,and Fujian provinces,and that the same haplotype was found in all populations.An analysis of molecular variation (AMOVA) showed a low level of genectic variation and differentiation among populations,However,without a significant phylogeographical structure (NST>GST,p>0.01).These data suggested that there may be frequent gene exchanges within P.clematidea populations for the high average gene among populations (Nm=1.18) and many invasive events.It is also implied that the prevention of P.clematidea invasion should be relied upon both timely quarantine and proper administration to reduce its damage to environment.
