摘　　要：美国是电子商务最发达的国家。在WTO缺乏完善的国际贸易规则情况下,美国借助于自由贸易协定的形式,在国际范围内主导了电子商务国际规则的制定。美国对电子商务规则的立法模式和立法取向必将影响国际范围内电子商务规则的发展。The United States of America is the most developed country in the tional lawmaking of the electronic commerce by means of the free trade agreeme because of the lack of international trade rules in WTO. The legal systems and atti in the agreements shall have an influence on the development of the international world, which led the interna-nts on the international phrase tudes that the U. S. A. adopted electronic commerce rules.
