摘　　要：本文描述了表面等离激元共振 ( SPR)原理 ,并给出详细的 SPR测量系统硬件及软件框图。最后对棱镜 -金属膜 -电介质层的 SPR谱进行了解析。We present the theory of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor in this paper. The hardware of our SPR biosensor system as well as the operating software are given in detail. Finally, the influence of film thickness and the dielectric constant on the SPR spectra from prism metaldielectric layer are analyzed.
