摘　　要：介绍了宽频带圆锥对数螺旋天线的加工过程,针对其加工过程中产生变形的情况,经过反复试验,采用多次热处理消除加工应力和刀补加工程序控制刀具加工运动轨迹的方法;同时,选用合适的刀具材料和轴向夹紧力,消除零件的加工变形,从而达到了控制零件加工精度的目的。This paper introduced the process of broadband conical logarithmic spiral antenna,for broadband conical log-arithmic spiral antenna has deformation,after repeated testing,machining stress elimination through many times of heat treatment,cutter compensation machining procedure control movement of cutting tools,and the appropriate cutting tool ma-terial selection,axial clamping force eliminated the machining deformation,which ensured the machining accuracy of parts.
