大鼠儿茶酚抑素和心力衰竭的关系

摘　　要：目的对比心衰大鼠儿茶酚抑素水平与心功能指标,阐明二者之间的临床相关性。方法选取健康Wistar大鼠40只,采用腹主动脉缩窄法建立心衰模型,造模成功后从存活的心衰大鼠中随机选取20只作为心衰组,另选20只正常大鼠作为对照组。心衰组和对照组大鼠均行心脏彩超检查,测量左心室射血分数(LVEF);检测血浆儿茶酚抑素(CST)及脑钠肽(BNP)水平。结果与对照组比较,心衰组大鼠LVEF值降低,BNP及CST值增大(P<0.01);分别以LVEF和BNP为自变量,以CST为因变量进行线形回归分析,CST水平随BNP值的升高而升高,呈正相关关系(r=0.384,P<0.01)。CST水平与EF值无相关。结论心衰大鼠CST值增高,CST水平与BNP值呈正相关,CST可能成为心力衰竭新的生化标志物。Objective To compare rats heart function and catestatin indicators and study their clinical correlation. Methods xxx wistar male rats were chosen,established model of heart failure by abdominal aortic constriction, xx rats were randomly selected from the surviving rats with HF after a successful modeling as a failure group ,selected20 nor- mal rats as control group. HF group and the control group rats all underwent echocardiography examination, measure LVEF;serum BNP and catestatin were detected. Results Compared with control group,LVEF values of HF rats de- crease, BNP and catestatin value increases （P〈0.01） ; respectively LVEF and BNP as independent variables to catesta- tin as the dependent variable linear regression analysis ,catestatin value with BNP values increased, following a positive correlation （λ=-0. 789 ,λ=-0. 765,P〈0.01）. Catestatin no correlation with EF. Conclusion catestatin with heart failure increased,catestatin were positively correlated with BNP, catestastin may become a new biochemical marker of HF.
