摘　　要：目的建立广州地区成人空腹静脉血与晨尿视黄醇结合蛋白的参考值范围,促进临床对检验指标的合理应用。方法使用日本日立公司生产的全自动生化分析仪和国产的免疫透射比浊法试剂盒分别检测广州地区600例健康成人空腹静脉血与晨尿中的RBP含量,计算均数±1.96标准差(95%可信限)以建立参考值范围。结果空腹静脉血平均RBP含量15-75岁4个年龄段之间没有显著性差异,但男女之间具有显著性差异:男性为48.5±12.11mg/L,参考值范围为48.5±23.7mg/L;女性为45.0±13.31mg/L,参考值范围为45.0±26.1mg/L;晨尿中RBP平均含量在不同年龄和不同性别之间均无显著性差异,为0.43±0.060mg/L,参考值范围为0.43±0.12mg/L。结论初步得到广州地区健康成人不同性别不同年龄空腹静脉血与晨尿中视黄醇结合蛋白含量概貌,建立了地区性的成人的血尿视黄醇结合蛋白参考值范围。Objective to establish the reference ranges of adult limosis venous blood and urinary retinol binding pro- tein in Guangzhou area ;to promote clinical reasonable application of test index. Methods using the Japanese Hitachi automatic biochemical analyzer and domestic immune turbidimetric assay kit to detect the RBP content in venous blood and urine of 600 healthy adults in the region of Guangzhou. limosis, calculating the mean soil 1.96 standard deviation （95 % confidence limit） to establish reference ranges. Results the average limosis venous blood RBP content of people from 15to 75 years old or 4 age groups did not differ significantly,but between men and women,there were significant differences ： males were 48.5±12.11 mg/L, reference ranges were 48.5 ± 23.7 mg/L ; females 45 ±13.31 mg/L, reference ranges were 45 ± 26.1 mg/L;there was no significant difference in the morning urine mean RBP contents of different ages or genders,which was 0.43±0. 060 mg/L,with the reference value 0. 43±0. 12 mg/L. Conclusion It was preliminarily known about the limosis venous blood and urinary retinol binding protein content of healthy adults of different genders and different a- ges in Guangzhou± regional reference value ranges of adult urine retinol-binding protein were built.
