摘  要:中小银行具有结构与地缘上的优势,在为中小企业提供贷款融资方面具有大银行所不具备的优势,能够较好地掌握中小企业传递的软信息,以降低信息不对称的天然劣势。借助Probit模型,对147家中小企业所获得的贷款进行实证分析发现,中小企业由于自身特点获得大银行贷款的难度较高,应通过设立大量中小银行及其他中小金融机构,以解决中小企业融资难题。The small & medium-sized banks have the structural and geopolitical advantages in providing loan and fi- nancing for SMEs which the large banks do not have because they are able to grasp soft information transmitted by the SMEs so as to reduce the natural disadvantage of information asymmetry. An empirical analysis is made on the obtained loans for 147 SMEs with the PROBIT model, and the regression shows that owing to their own characteris- tics, SMEs are more difficult to obtain loans from a large bank, and that it' s necessary to establish a large number of small and medium-sized banks and other financial institutions to address the small & medium-sized corporate fi- nancing problems.
