对中国人文社科学术期刊国际合作模式的思考

摘　　要：提升中国学术期刊的国际办刊能力使其达到国际一流学术水平,已纳入新闻出版业"十二五"发展规划的"重点学术期刊建设工程"。目前,我国人文社科学术期刊国际化进程尚处于起步阶段,与国际出版商合作较少,合作模式主要体现在海外营销代理和版权合作方面。国际合作有利于提升我国学术期刊的国际显示度和影响力;有利于学习国际先进的办刊理念,为组建自主性国际品牌期刊和出版平台培育人才。目前的国际合作模式存在一定问题,会导致学术信息不平等循环等状况。"借船出海"扩大期刊国际影响是特定时期的权宜之策;依靠自主创新、建立具有自主知识产权的国际期刊平台应是中国期刊可持续发展的战略目标,也是中国期刊人应对"斯蒂格利茨怪圈"的良策。The enhancement of China＇s academic journals＇ ＂international journal ability＂, ＂international influence＂ and ＂world- class academic standards＂ has been brought into the line of 12th five-year journalism developing projects. China＇s social science journals＇ internationalization process is still in its infancy, fewer cooperated with international publishers and the cooperation mode were mainly embodied in the overseas marketing agents and copyright cooperation. International cooperation is conducive to enhancing our academic journals＇ international visibility and influence, learning advanced international journal concepts, and nurturing talent for the formation of the independent international brands journals and publishing platform. But there are certain problems in the cooperation models, and will result in the status of academic information inequality cycle. ＂Borrowed boat＂ is only the expediency of the specific period to expand the journals＇ international influence. To rely on independent innovation and establish the international journal platform with independent intellectual property rights should be the imperative of sustainable development of Chinese journals, also be the good policy of Chinese journal people to cope ＂Christi glitz vicious circle＂.
