摘　　要：为了提高欠发达地区知识管理的效率、促进知识创新,论文围绕知识生产、知识交换和知识价值实现,建立了要素—基础—市场—激励的区域知识管理框架,以广西为分析对象,采用调查问卷和因子分析方法,发现广西区域知识管理存在激励不足、投入产出效率低下和市场开放度不高的关键问题。提出充分利用市场机制,完善科研激励机制,释放正能量,并加大知识管理的信息基础设施建设力度,提高知识管理效率的政策建议。In order to improve the efficiency of knowledge management in less developed areas, and to further knowledge innovation, the thesis has centered on knowledge production, knowledge exchange and realization of knowl- edge value, established a regional knowledge management framework： elements-foundation-market-incentives; it has taken Guangxi as analysis object, and has found by means of questionnaire and factor analysis the key problems in knowledge management of incentive deficiencies, low efficiency in input and output as well as low market openness de- gree in Guangxi region. It has proposed policy suggestions to make full use of market mechanisms, to improve scientific research incentive mechanism, to release positive energy, and to intensify the force to build information infrastructure of knowledge management, and to improve the efficiency of knowledge management.
