摘　　要：Y省视频会议省级控制中心是会议电视系统在省一级的传输、控制中心。从会议规范、系统结构、后备系统等方面阐述了如何构建视频会议省级控制中心系统。同时,该系统在党政机关等重要部门的视频会议系统中有代表意义,其设计思路可以为今后类似系统的建设提供借鉴。Video conference provincial control center of Y province is video conference′s transmission and control center in conference television system.This paper states How to build video conference provincial control center from the following aspects which are conference standard,system organization,backup sys-tem.The system has important significance in the party and government organs.Its design thought could provide reference for the construction of similar systems in the future.
