摘　　要：分析了建立临床系列高级职称全行业评审标准的工作趋势,回顾了上海市建立该项标准的工作实践和探索,总结了现有工作的特色,并对未来工作发展进行了前瞻性思考。This paper analyzed the trends of establishing industry-wide criteria for assessment of the clinical series of senior titles. The researchers reviewed work practice and exploration of the criteria in Shanghai, summarized the characteristics of the existing work and conducted forward-thinking of the future development of the work.
