摘　　要：通过对2000年样本地区的再次调查,比较2008年与2000年的调查数据,分析县级中医院手术开展情况的变迁。研究发现,县级中医院开展手术的项目越来越多,手术相关的设备配置也越来越多,越来越高级,效仿和攀比县级西医院的趋势更加明显。研究提示,中医发展任重而道远,如何更好发挥政策优势,鼓励中医药人才培养,推广中医适宜设备和技术,进行中医理论研究非常重要。This paper illustrated the change of surgeries practiced in the county TCM hospitals from 2000 to 2008. It was found that the county TCM hospitals delivered a growing number of surgeries with more and more advanced equipment, showing the trend of following and comparing with the western medicine hospital. It is suggested that the development of TCM hospitals has a long way to go, and it is very important to take advantage of relevant policies, encourage personnel training and promote appropriate technolo^y and equipment, and research on TCM theories.
