摘　　要：本文探讨了由于光缆数目迅速增加而引起的通信管道所面临 的几项新变化；提出了如何做好适应光缆发展的通信管道网 的规划和适应光缆发展的通信管道设计，以及具体可行的操 作方法；提出了降低管道网成本的几种方案和具体措施。This paper explores into some of new changes in communication pipelines resulting from the rapid growth of optic cables.It draws up a planning and a designing for communication pipelines networks that suit the development of optic cables.some specific feasible operational methods, several solutions and measures for reducing the cost of pipeling networks are suggested in the text.
