荷包猪血液生化指标与生长性能的相关性研究

摘　　要：本研究利用2个血液蛋白标记和3个血液酶活性标记,开展在辽宁省地方猪种——荷包猪上的多态性研究。结果表明,其中4个血液蛋白(酶)位点具有多态性,并且皆由两个等位基因控制。并根据生化标记的多态性与荷包猪生长性能的关联分析,筛选用于荷包猪生长性能选育的优势遗传标记4个。In this study, two blood protein markers and three blood activity markers in Liaoning Province to carry out local breeds Hebao pigs polymorphism, the results showed that： One of four blood protein （enzyme） with polymorphic loci sex, and chosen by two alleles. And in accordance with biochemical marker polymorphism and Hebao pig performance correlation analysis, screening four genetic markers to direct the breeding of Hebao pig.
