摘 要:PIPD纤维是一种高强度的有机纤维,在国防、军事、运动器械等方面具有重要的应用价值.其中2,5-二羟基对苯二甲酸(DHTA)是合成PIPD纤维的一种非常重要的单体,在有机合成中具有重要的作用,DHTA产品的产量和纯度直接影响着PIPD纤维的聚合工艺,为此探索一条合成DHTA的最佳工艺路线显得尤为重要.本文以大量的实验事实为基础,提供了一条简单经济的DHTA合成工艺路线,为进一步聚合合成高强度的有机纤维PIPD提供了有力的单体保证.PIPD fiber is a kind of organic fiber with high strength, which has important application value in the national defense, military, sports equipment, etc.. The 2, 5-dihydroxyterephthalic acid ( DHTA ) is a very important monomer in synthetic PIPD fiber. It has an important role in organic synthesis. The yield and the purity of DHTA products directly affect the polymerization process of PIPD fiber. To explore a synthetic DHTA the best process route is particularly important. This paper is based on a lot of experimental results. It provides a simple economy route to synthesis of DHTA and powerful monomer guarantee to further polymerization and synthesize the high strength organic fiber PIPD.
