摘  要:建立了离子液体双水相联用HPLC法萃取测定环境水样中痕量DEP的新方法.实验结果表明:以2mL离子液体[Bmim]BF4为萃取剂,0.5mg/LNaH2PO4为分相剂,在pH=7,萃取时间为5min,DEP的萃取分离效率最高;该方法所得标准曲线方程为Y=2.731+21.900x,相关系数为0.9998,线性范围为1~100mg/L.采用标准加入法实际测定自来水、湖水和工业废水中DEP测定,回收率在92.8%~101.2%之间,相对标准偏差为1.61%~4.73%.In this paper, a new method, ionic liquid aqueous two-phase extraction, for separation of DEP was established ,it was applied for separation of DEP in environmental water samples successfully. The results of experiments showed that the DEP in environmental water samples was separated by ILATP and determined by HPLC well with the optimal experimental conditions : pH = 7, the amount of ionic liquid was 2 mL, extraction time was 5 min and concentration of NaH2PO4 aqueous was 0.5 mg/L;The behavior of extraction of DEP in tap water, lake water and industrial waste water by ILATP was studied: the linear regression equation was y = 2. 731 + 21. 900x,the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 84 and the linear range was 1-100 mg/L. The effect of mainly factors on extraction efficiency was investigated. The recovery was 92. 8% - 101.2% and relative standard deviation was 1.61% -4.73%.
