摘　　要：本文分析传统税款缴库存在的问题和发展需求,依托税库银横向联网的电子缴库方式已成为时代发展的必需.为了实现税收征管软件与国库信息处理系统的数据交换,保证网络安全,在税务局端设计并开发了基于IBM Websphere MQ的电子缴库前置机器.实践证明,该系统的性能经受住了大数据量的考验,数据传递地准确性、可靠性和系统的稳定性都得到了检验.This paper analyses the traditional tax base problems and development needs, rely on electronic tax kuyin transverse networking tax payment mode has become essential for the development of the times. In order to realize the data exchange between the tax collection and management software and the treasury information processing system and ensure network security, the electronic tax payment prepositive machine based on IBM Websphere MQ in the tax bureau end are designed. Practice has been proved the performance of this system are withstood the test of the stability of a large amount of data, and the transmission accuracy and reliability of the data and stability of the system are all test.
