摘　　要：文化产业作为21世纪的朝阳产业,无疑是最具发展潜力的产业之一。通过企业战略分析工具SWOT模型,对古城扬州文化产业的发展现状进行了论述,主要从扬州文化产业发展内部优势、劣势和外部机会、威胁等4方面来展开,并给出了"把扬州建设成为古代文化与现代文明交相辉映的名城"的文化产业发展的战略选择。As a sunrise industry in twenty-first Century, Cultural industry is one of the most potential industries. In this paper, by means of SWOT model which used in enterprise strategy analysis, the author analysed the present situation of Yangzhou cultural industry in detail, then described the development of Yangzhou cultural industry from internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats. And last, in order to provide beneficial reference for the development of Yangzhou culture industry, the author gave strategic choices about how to add radiance and beauty to each other between ancient culture and modern civilization.
