应急投送保障基地预储物资品类结构规划模型

摘　　要：根据应急投送保障基地的功能定位，确定预储物资品类属性要求及应急预储物资品类选择的影响因素。在分析历次多样化军事行动应急物资品类需求的基础上，构建属性分析模型，筛选出基地预储物资品类，构建模糊综合评判模型计算物资的预储需求度，对属性分析模型确定的物资预储品类进行评价，得出优化的预储物资品类，为应急投送保障基地物资预储计划的制订提供参考。According to the function orientation of the emergency airlifting support base, requirements of the material catego- ry attribute in the base and the influence factors of selecting the material category for emergency were ascertained. The at- tribute analysis model was built based on the analysis of all previous divesification operation to select material category for e- mergency in the base. Requirements,what~ more, the evalution index system was built and the fuzzy evaluation method was carried out to calculate the storage urgency - degree of material category for emergency pre - stored in the base in order to make evaluation. Finally, optimized pre - storage material category project is determined in the base. This paper provided reference for the establishment of the pre - storage plan in the emergency airlifting support base.
