影响篮球运动员在比赛中投篮命中率的心理因素及其训练方法研究

摘　　要：心理因素是影响篮球运动员投篮命中率的主要因素之一,了解并实施相应的心理锻炼以及和正确的投篮动力定型相结合,可以有效地提高篮球运动员的投篮命中率。本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法对影响篮球运动员投篮命中率的心理因素进行分析,指出篮球运动员在比赛时影响投篮命中率的心理因素,并提出了相应的训练方法,旨在提高篮球运动员在比赛时的心理素质,从而提高投篮的命中率。Psychological factor is one of the main factors that influence basketball players’ shooting average.Understanding and implementing the corresponding mental exercise and in combination with correct shooting dynamic stereotype can effectively improve basketball players’ shooting average.This article analyzes the psychological factors of shooting average of basketball players with the methods of literature and logic analysis.It points out the psychological factors of shooting average of basketball players in games and proposes corresponding training methods,aiming to improve the psychological quality of basketball players in the game,thus improve their shooting average.
