摘  要:针对卢安夏巴鲁巴矿体铜钴矿石特点,采用常规的混合浮选、优先浮选、部分混合浮选三种工艺流程进行试验研究,通过三种试验方案的工艺流程、闭路指标的对比分析,最终确定了铜钴混合浮选—铜钴分离工艺流程,获得含铜31.52%、铜回收率92.32%的铜精矿和含钴2.12%、钴回收率67.56%的钴精矿。According to the ore properties of Luanshya Baluba copper ore, the comparison tests were conducted by adopting three technological processes of bulk flotation, preferential flotation and partial bulk flotation, finally the flowsheet of Cu-Co bulk flotation followed by separation of them. Finally the flowsheet of Cu-Co bulk flotation followed by separation of them was determined, and the concentrates of copper and cobalt were obtained by the experiment (copper concentrate grade 31.52% and recovery 92.32%, cobalt grade 2.12% and recovery 67.56%).
