摘 要:CFD方法在浮选机三相流动仿真中的应用,对于揭示浮选过程和优化浮选设备具有重要意义。以大型浮选机KYF-160为研究对象,揭示了浮选机内三相流动特征以及气、固两相含率的分布。研究了矿石在不同单一粒径下,固相含率的分布特点及其影响。矿石颗粒固相含率的分布特点与工程实际一致。矿石粒径的增大,会导致浮选机底部矿粒沉积加重,顶部固相含率变低。还探究了多粒径体系下,浮选机内固相含率的分布特点。较粗的颗粒更难悬浮,因此,浮选机对于矿石入选粒径有一定要求。The application of three phases flow CFD simulation in flotation cell is significant to reveal flotation process and optimize flotation cell. The large flotation cell KYF-160 is regarded as research object. The paper demonstrates the characteristics of three phases flow in flotation cell and distribution of gas volume fraction and solid volume fraction. On the condition of different single particle diameters, the distribution feature of solid volume fraction and its impact are explained. The distribution feature of solid volume fraction agrees with engineering practice. With the increase of ore particle diameter, it will lead to ore particle deposition in the bottom of the flotation cell and the decrease of solid volume fraction in the top. In the circumstance of multiple particle diameters, the characteristics of solid volume are explored. The coarser oarticle is more difficult to float, and therefore ore particle diameter is limited.
