摘　　要：介绍大型调浆搅拌槽的设计思路和关键零部件循环筒、叶轮、排砂管的设计要点,工业应用实践表明应用大型调浆搅拌槽搅拌矿浆,矿浆浓度、粒度分布均匀,无明显粒度分层现象,说明调浆搅拌槽技术参数设计合理。The design thought of the large-scale conditioner and the main design point of key parts such as circulation column, impeller and coarse size discharge tube were introduced in this paper. Industrial application practice showed that both the pulp density and size distribution were uniformly distributed in the tank, and stratification was not found, so the technical parameters of conditioner are reasonable.
