摘　　要：微博由于其高度用户参与性、广泛用户来源和快速的信息交换,成为舆情监测与企业竞争情报搜集的首要信息来源,而其碎片化、去中心化和无序化增加了企业利用微博平台感知危机事件难度。从认知论的角度分析了微博危机事件感知的过程,针对其核心的危机事件损害性测度问题提出了三维测度模型。以ISDT为指导,提出了微博信息到危机事件对企业损害性的全过程信息加工设计。最后通过实例检验了本文设计。For its high usersparticipation, wide users source and rapid information exchange,microblogging becomes the fwst priority chief information source of public opinion monitoring and competition intelligence collecting. However, the fragmentation, decentralization and disordering features of microblogging increase the difficulty of utilizing microblogging platform to recognize crisis events by enterprises. We analyze the crisis events recognition process by cognitive theory, and then propose a 3D measurement model for the damage of crisis e- vents which is the core problem of the process. According to the ISDT, the design of the whole process from microblogging information to the damage made to the enterprises is proposed. Finally, a testable case is used to examine the feasibility of the damages design by compa- ring the＇to different enterprises.
