摘　　要：介绍了采用S7-200 PLC与ABB变频器以及西门子HMI设备TP177B之间的通信以实现水泥磨内喷水控制系统的设计。本系统的使用确保了出磨水泥的温度,提高了磨机粉磨效率和台时产量,有效防止篦板堵塞并提高除尘系统的效率。The communication among S7-200 PLC,frequency inverter and HMI TP177B was discussed so as to design a jet-water system for the cement mill.Its application shows that this system can guarantee cement temperature,improve grinding efficiency and mill-hour＇s yield,and prevent grate clogging as well as enhance de-dusting efficiency.
