人腰方肌的肌构筑学研究

摘　　要：目的研究腰方肌的构筑学特征,为探讨腰方肌的功能提供形态学依据。方法利用肌构筑学法研究6具成人尸体的腰方肌。结果腰方肌平均肌重(112.62±10.09)g,肌长(14.86±1.98)cm,肌纤维长(10.08±1.83)cm,生理横切面积(10.21±1.01)cm2。结论腰方肌是位于脊柱两侧呈四边形的伸肌,下方要比上方宽阔。该肌倾向于力量型设计,主要作用为使脊柱侧屈及后伸运动。Objective The architecture feature of psoas muscle was studied, providing anatomical data for the function of the Quadratus lumborum. Methods The architecture of Quadratus lumborum was stud- ied in 6 embalmed cadavers. Results The average muscle weight： （ 112.62 ± 10.09） g, muscle length： （ 14.86 ± 1.98 ） cm, muscle fiber length ： （ 10.08 ± 1.83 ） cm, and physiological cross sectional area ： （ 12.9 ± 1.25） cm^2. Conclusion Quadratus lumborum is the muscle extensor of quadrilateral both sides of vertebral column, the lower portion is wider than the upper portion. The Quadratus lumborum has the ar- chitecture feature of power type and mainly function for spinal column side bend and extension.
