铁锹针在腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨铁锹针在腹腔镜下行疝囊高位结扎术治疗腹股沟疝的价值。方法2004年1月～2012年12川应用铁锹针为年龄2～13岁患儿206例行腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术。结果206例均顺利完成手术，手术时间5-10min，平均手术时间7．5min，住院时间2—4d，无明显并发症。结论应用铁锹针在腹腔镜下行疝囊高位结扎术，损伤小、恢复快、安全性高、疗效确切，是一种新型的、实用的手术方法。Objective To evaluate the value of shovel pin treatment of laparoscopic indirect inguinal hernia with high ligation of the hernial sac. Methods 206 cases of indirect inguinal hernia patients which aged from 2 years to 13 years were treated with shovel pin by laparoscopic surgery from January 2004 to December 2012. Resuits The operations were successfully accomphshed in all of the patients. The operations time were 5 - 10 min（mean 7.5min） and the length of stay was 2- 4 d, no serious complication happened. Conclusion The treatment of indirect inguinal hernia using the shovel pin in laparoscopic surgery with small damage, fast recovery, high safety and reliable efficacy. The method is a new type and practical operation.
