摘　　要：[目的]探讨城市中学历和收入较高的中年男性中的2型糖尿病病人自我管理的主要影响因素。[方法]采用现象学研究法对11例男性病人进行深入访谈,并采用现象学分析法对访谈结果进行分析。[结果]影响病人自我管理除文化程度和收入水平外还存在其他因素,如知识信念因素、心理社会因素、主观意识因素、客观事实因素。[结论]针对影响病人自我管理能力的因素提出改进策略,以期能更好地帮助糖尿病病人控制病情、提高生活质量。Objective：To probe into the main influencing factors of self-management of urban middle-aged men with type 2 diabetes who had better education and higher income.Methods：11 male patients were given in-depth interviews by using phenomenological approach,and the phenomenological analysis was used to analyze the results of interview.Results：In addition to cultural level and the income level,there were other influencing factors of self-management such as knowledge faith factor,psychosocial factors,subjective factors and objective factual factors.Conclusion：Aiming at the influencing factors of patients＇self management ability,we put forward the improvement strategy,in order to help patients with diabetes control condition better and improve quality of life.
