摘　　要：[目的]探讨异位妊娠并休克病人急救护理的效果。[方法]将2010年1月—2013年1月急诊入院治疗并实施急救护理的异位妊娠并休克病人185例为急救组,将2007年1月—2010年12月急诊入院治疗未实施急救护理的异位妊娠并休克病人163例作为对照组,回顾性分析两组病人临床资料,并观察分析急救护理实施的效果。[结果]急救组术前急救时间较对照组显著缩短,病人及家属满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]全程、有效的急救护理措施为异位妊娠并休克病人抢救赢得了宝贵时间,有助于提高抢救成功率,最大限度降低病死率。Objective：To probe into the effect of first- aid nursing for ectopic pregnancy patients complicated with shock. Methods：A total of 185 eetopic pregnancy patients complicated with shock were selected as the e mergency group who received hospitalization and first -aid care from Jan in 2010 to Jan in 2013,another 163 patients with ectopic pregnancy were se- lected as control group who received hospitalization and not first - aid care from Jan in 2007 to Dec in 2010. Clinical data of two groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed, and to observe the implementation effect of first - aid nursing. Results： The preoperative emergency time significantly shorten in emergency group, the difference in satisfaction of patients and their families was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Full and effective first -aid nursing measures won valuable time for rescuing ectopic pregnancy patients complicated with shock, and it is helpful for improving the success rate of survival rate,to minimize mortality.
