摘　　要：米脂天然气处理厂污水处理装置处理子洲气田生产过程中产生的含醇含油污水,采取除油除机杂处理后进入甲醇精馏塔精馏进行甲醇回收,处理合格后的气田污水回注地层。但是处理后的污水含油份超标,需从除油工艺及除油装置查找原因,并提出改进建议,优化完善米脂天然气处理厂污水除油工艺。The sewage treatment device of Mizhi natural gas processing plant processes the alcohol-and-oil containing wastewater of Zizhou gas field. After the degreasing process, the wastewater enters the methanol distillation hybrid process for methanol recovery and the wastewater which reaches the standard will re-inject into the geo-sphere. However, the oil ratio of some wastewater still excesses the standards even after the treatment. So this paper seeks the reasons from degreasing process and device and also provides improvement mea- sures so as to optimize the degreasing process of Mizhi natural gas processing plant.
