摘　　要：成品尿素中镍(Ni)含量是监测高压设备腐蚀情况的主要手段,由于工况波动和操作上的原因,成品尿素中Ni含量超标时有发生,这对高压设备的使用寿命造成严重威胁。为此,严格控制成品尿素中Ni含量,对提高高压设备的使用寿命具有重要意义。In urea the Ni content is a major means of corrosion of high voltage equipment monitoring,due to fluctuations in operating conditions and the operation,Ni content sometimes exceed the standard in urea,pose a serious threat to the service life ofthehigh voltage equipment. Therefore,strict control of Ni contentin urea product is important to improve the service life of the high voltage apparatus.
