古村落旅游开发潜力评价及实证研究

摘　　要：古村落是中国农耕文化的载体,具有极高的旅游开发价值。从资源价值、古村落环境、基础设施、客源市场四个方面选取了古村落旅游开发潜力评价指标体系,并运用AHP法赋予各指标因子权重,在此基础上构建了开发潜力综合评价模型。运用该模型对湘西地区35个古村落进行了实证研究,利用平均数x珋和标准差σ等统计指标对古村落进行分类,对不同类型的古村落旅游开发提出了建议。实证表明该综合评价方法可操作性强、效果较好,可为古村落景观旅游开发提供比较依据。Ancient villages within China are carriers of the Chinese farming culture,with very high value in tourism development. From four perspectives of the value of resources,environmental conditions,infrastructures and the tourism market,a evaluation index system for the tourism development is selected,and the AHP method is used to determine the weight of each index factor on the basis of results derived from experts' consultation. With the above as the foundation,a comprehensive suitability assessment model is proposed. A case of 35 ancient villages in western Hunan were used to test the index system and model. The applying examples indicate that the research method is feasible and effective,and can be used widely in the ancient village tourism assessment.
