摘 要:以生菜、大白菜、辣椒、小白菜和花椰菜5种蔬菜种子为研究对象,采用不同浓度发酵水葫芦汁液浸种,通过测定种子发芽势、发芽率以及幼芽的各项生长指标,研究沼液浸种浓度对蔬菜种子发芽的影响。实验结果表明:低浓度沼液促进种子发芽,高浓度沼液抑制种子发芽;其中最佳发芽势浸种浓度均维持在1%~10%之间,最佳发芽率浸种浓度均维持在1%~30%之间,较好发芽率的浸种浓度范围为1%~50%;通过方差分析各项生长指标可知,对照组的生长指标与实验组的生长指标均存在显著性差异,说明沼液浸种对蔬菜幼芽的生长有显著影响,但不同浓度对幼芽各项指标的影响各有侧重。To study the effect of concentration of bio-slurry on vegetable seeds, seeds of lettuce, Chinese cabbage, pepper, pakchoi and broccoli were selected as research objects by soaking with different concentrations of fermented juice of water hyacinth. At the end of sprouting, the ger- mination potential and germination percentage of these seeds, and various physical signs of seed- lings were measured and valuated. The results showed that low concentration bio-slurry could promote seeds germination, while high concentration bio-slurry could inhibit seeds germination. Best concentration of bio-slurry to promote germination potential and germination percentage re- spectively ranged from 1% to 10% and from 1% to 30%. Better concentration of bio-slurry to promote germination percentage was within the scope of 1% to 50%. We could get conclusion that there were significant differences (P〈0. 05) between CK and Experimental group, through variance analysis of seedlings physical signs. The results indicated that soaking with bio-slurry would has significant effect on the growth of vegetable seedlings. But different concentration of bio-slurry would has different effect on various physical signs of seedlings.
