摘  要:以聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂为骨架,以二乙烯三胺为接枝螯合基团,在甲醛参与下,依据Mannich反应,制得螯合基团接枝絮凝剂CFA。研究了CFA在模拟含镉废水中除镉的效率,结果表明,在pH5~8范围,絮凝剂用量为15mL/L的常温条件,经两级絮凝处理可将浓度为10mg/L的Cd2+降至0.087mg/L,去除率达99.1%,能够满足各工业废水排放标准。The chelate-ftocculant was prepared using polyacrylamide (PAM) as skeleton, diethylenetri- amine (DETA)as chelation group to be grafted, and formaldehyde joining in, by the Mannich reaction. The performance of cadmium ( Ⅱ ) removal from aqueous solution was investigated. The results show that the waste water of 10 mg/L cadmium concentration, the rate of removing cadmium can be above 99.1% by following conditions: the adding flocculant concentration is 15 mL/L; the pH of wastewater range of 5 - 8 ; and room temperature. Moreover, after removing cadmium by secondary flocculation, concentration of cad- mium in the water can fall to below 0. 087 rag/L, that the treated water have reached the national standard for waste water to be released to rivers.
