摘 要:采用铁-草酸盐络合物在紫外光照射下的光解作用对水溶性偶氮染料(活性艳红、活性艳橙、直接混纺黄、直接混纺蓝、直接混纺黑)进行脱色,考察了pH值、染料初始浓度、Fe(Ⅱ)和C2O2-4的浓度比对染料脱色效果的影响。结果表明,在pH=4,Fe(Ⅱ)/C2O2-4=20(μmol/L)/240(μmol/L)的条件下,活性艳红、活性艳橙、直接混纺黄、直接混纺蓝、直接混纺黑染料溶液在紫外光照射下光照60 min的脱色率分别达到了62.2%,44.4%,24.6%,12.4%,18.4%。The photolysis ability of Fe (Ⅱ)-oxalate complex was employed in the water-soluble azo dye (reactive brilliant red, reactive brilliant orange, directly blended yellow, direct blending blue, blending black directly) decolorization under UV irradiation. The effect of pH, initial concentration of dye, concen- tration ratio of Fe ( II ) and C2O4^2- was investigated on removal efficiencies of chroma. The result showed that under the conditions of pH = 4, and Fe ( Ⅱ )/C2 024 - = 20 (μmol/L)/240 ( μmol/L), the discoloration rate of the above five dye were up to 62.2% ,44.4% ,24.6% , 12.4% , 18.4% , respectively under UV ir- radiation for 60 rain.
