摘　　要：概述了核桃 (Judlansregia)国内外生产、加工、销售情况和湖北核桃资源现状 。After an analysis on the present situation of the world walnut production, processing and sales and Hubei walnut resources,the countermeasures of development of Hubei excellent and famous walnut products was set forth.
