摘 要:目的了解某输气管道增输工程存在的主要职业危害因素,为制定职业病防治措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场检测及职业健康检查等进行综合评价。结果该项目主要存在甲烷、非甲烷总烃、硫化氢、一氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、噪声、工频电场和微波辐射等。其中噪声存在超标,其余各种职业病危害因素均符合国家标准限值。结论该建设项目采取的职业病危害防护设施控制效果基本符合国家职业卫生标准和要求。Objective To investigate the main occupational hazards factors on a gas pipeline increase engineering so as to provide evidence for developing occupational disease prevention and control measures.Methods We conducted a comprehensive evaluation according to occupational health field survey,detection of occupational hazards factors at the workplace and the results of occupational health examination.Results The main occupational hazards factors of the project were methane,non-methane total hydrocarbon,hydrogen sulphide,carbon monoxide,nitric oxide,nitrogen dioxide,sulphur dioxide,noise,power frequency electric field,and microwave radiation.The noise exceeded the national standard,but the rest of the occupational hazards factors met the rational standard limits.Conclusions The measures for controlling occupational hazards of the construction project are effective,and the occupational hazards factors basically accord with the national occupational health standards and requirements.
