清至民国天柱农村地区土地买卖原因探析——以清水江文书为中心的考察

摘　　要：土地是中国农民最主要的财产和经济来源。未在无奈之时,农民一般不会变卖土地。清水江流域存有大量的买卖土地文书,但其中写明具体变卖土地原因的较少。通过分析写明具体原因的文书,按出卖缘由对其进行分类,并加以考察诠释,可以知道天柱地区土地买卖的原因和人们的生活息息相关,是人们社会经济生活状况较为真实的反映。Land is the most important property and economic source for Chinese farmers. Farmers usually would not sell their land only if they were helpless. There were a lot of trading land archives in Qingshui River Basin, but only a small part state the specific reasons for the sale of land. Through the analysis of the archives with special reasons and the division of them based on the reasons of selling, we can find that the reason to sell land is closely linked with people＇ s life in Tianzhu area. It is the realistic reflection of people＇ s social and eco- nomic living conditions.
