摘 要:为解决企业文化落地评价难以准确量化、客观评价的问题,提出了基于熵权法与TOPSIS法的企业文化落地测评体系及评价方法。首先,从企业文化全生命周期发展的角度定义了企业文化落地的基本过程,构建了企业文化落地的评价指标体系;其次,应用熵权法对专家的经验打分进行了修正,确定了更加客观、准确的指标权重;对传统的TOPSIS进行了改进,简化了TOPSIS法综合评价的计算过程。最后,通过其县级供电公司企业文化落地评价的实例验证了本体系及计算方法的可信度及实用性。In order to resolve the problem that the evaluation of enterprise culturelanding was hard to be quantified accurately and evaluated objectively, an evaluation system and approach based on the entropy and TOPSIS to evaluate enterprise culturelanding was proposed. Firstly, in the view of whole life cycle of enterprise culture development, the basic process of the enterprise culture landing was defined, and an enterprise culture landing evaluation index system was built. Then, the entropy was used to revise the score of expert's experience, and to determine the more objective and accurate index weight. At the same time, the traditional TOPSIS was improved to simplify the process of evaluation. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness were verified by the evaluation of enterprise culture landing of the county power supply company.
