摘　　要：基于三菱PLC和步科触摸屏并结合组态技术和PID控制算法,实现糖厂澄清工段pH值的在线测量与监控。Both PLC and touch screen-based pH control system was designed,which has configuration technology and PID control algorithm integrated to achieve on-line monitoring of the pH value of clarification section in sugar refinery.Its friendly human-machine interface can improve the operation and visualization degree as well as the overall performance of pH monitoring system for the sugar clarification section.
