体育休闲产业核心理念的确立——兼论政府职能的合理化选择

摘　　要：加快一国的体育休闲产业发展,首先要理清体育休闲产业发展的核心理念,合理定位体育休闲产业管理的政府职能。利用文献资料、逻辑推理、比较等研究方法,介绍了美日两国体育休闲产业的核心理念,分析我国体育休闲产业核心理念缺失的原因并进行了重构,论述了我国体育休闲产业发展过程中政府职能的合理化选择,以期为我国体育休闲产业的健康可持续发展提供理论帮助。The first thing to do before speeding up the development of a country＇s sport recreational industry is to clarify the core concept of the sport recreational industry, define reasonably the government function in the management of the sport recreational industry. This article first introduces the core concepts of sport recreational industry in the United States and Japan, and then establishes the core concept in Chinese sport and leisure industry which is not existent yet after analyzing the reasons for its void. Finally, the article discusses the rationalization of government function in the process of sport recreational industry＇s development. We hope that this research will provide theoreti- cal support to the wholesome and sustainable development of the sport recreational industry in China.
