摘  要:针对大型中空成型机高能耗问题,对其液压系统进行仿真和优化;根据其工作周期较长、短时间需要大流量的工作特点,设计了能与执行机构所需液压能相匹配的供油系统;分析了液压系统应用的关键技术。避免了传统的液压系统元件多、调试繁琐、不能连续控制、系统工作不稳定等缺点,大幅减小了液压泵及驱动电机的装机容量,有效地解决了执行部件的冲击问题,使液压系统高效节能、运行平稳可靠。Both the simulation and the optimization of hydraulic system, which focuses on the high energy consumption problem of large-scale blow molding machines, were carried out and made. According to the characteristics of long work period and great fluctuation of flow demand, the oil supplying system which can match the actuators' hydraulic energy demand was designed. The key technology of hydraulic system was analyzed. The shortcomings such as more components, complex debugging, discontinuous control and unstable operation, substantial reduction of the installed capacity of variable pump and driving motor were all avoided, and in the meantime, the impact problem on actuators was effectively solved, which can make hydraulic system efficient, save energy and run steady.
