二株副鸡嗜血杆菌分离株的生物学特性鉴定

摘　　要：本试验对从广西分离的 4株疑似副鸡嗜血杆菌 (H .pg) (GX_95 ,GX_97,GX_98_1,GX_98_2 )进行生物学特性研究。根据生物学特性 ,GX_97和GX_98_1被定为H .pg,GX_95和GX_98_2的生化反应特性有明显差异 ,用标准H .pg血清未能定型。交叉血凝抑制 (HI)试验显示 ,各菌株之间的交叉HI效价达 16 0 ,但各菌株与其本身的抗血清HI效价达 12 80 ,显示出很强的菌株特异性。抗菌素敏感试验也显示GX_97。In this study four field isolates of Haemophilus paragallinarum(H.pg)_like(GX_95,GX_97,GX_98_1,and GX_98_2)from Guangxi were biologically characterized and serotyped by using hemagglutination inhibition(HI)test,and measurement of antibiotics sensitivity of the isolates were performed. According to the biological characteristics and HI results,two of the isolates(GX_97 and GX_98_1)were identified to be H.pg. The other two isolates(GX_95 and GX_98_2)showed different biochemical properties obviously and couldn't be serotyped by standard reference serum.The cross HI titer of as high as 160 was recorded although higher HI titer(1280) was obtained for the specific field isolate against it's own antiserum,indicating the existence of stronger strain specificity.The two isolates GX_97 and GX_98_1 also showed a closer pattern of antibiotics resistance with reference strain C195_11.
