摘 要:由于强流束较强的空间电荷效应,强流束的传输一直是备受关注的问题。基于加速静电透镜的强流束传输和模拟迭代等理论,编写了加速静电透镜的束流传输模拟程序ATLENS,ATLENS适用于强流束在静电透镜中传输的模拟计算。在不同束流流强条件下,用ATLENS与TRANSPORT、PARMELA等程序进行了模拟计算,并对模拟结果进行了比较分析。结果表明:随着束流流强增大,束流包络曲线横向发散变显著,非自洽解与自洽解的偏差增大。Intense beam transmission has always been playing an important role due to strong space -charge effect of intense beam .Based on theory of intense beam transmission in accelerate electrostatic lens and simula -tive iteration , a computer simulation code ATLENS is developed to calculate intense beam transmission in accell-erate electrostatic lens .ATLENS and other codes were used to simulate different current beam transmission in accelerate electrostatic lens , and the simulation results are compared and analyzed .The simulation results indi-cate that the transverse divergence effect of space -charge effect increases with increasing the beam current , and the deviation of non -self-consistent solution and self -consistent solution becomes more notable .
